Good Morning
Sketching and a coffee to start the day. One of my favorite spots, just two blocks from home, Walton’s Fancy & Staple. The coffee is good; pastries are dangerously good (best in Austin? I usually go for the “golden egg”). Plus the combination of cafe and florist is pretty adorable.

Recipe: Peanut Butter Cookies
Somehow, Peanut Butter cookies encapsulate childhood and being an adult all at once. I meant to dip the bottoms of these in dark chocolate then make them into sandwiches with banana butter cream filling, but, more pressing matters got in the way.
